Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior NPI Engineer to play a pivotal role in our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges and lead projects that enhance technological capabilities.
  • Analyze and interpret industry trends and recommend best practices to the organization.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement advanced technologies with significant complexity.
  • Identify and procure new equipment and technology as necessary.
  • Create and review technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and specifications.
  • Plan and execute engineering projects addressing unique or high-profile challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, influencing others to achieve project goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Champion quality within the engineering discipline, ensuring adherence to QMS and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related technical field; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in engineering roles.
  • Strong foundation in technical problem-solving and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor less experienced team members.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
