Fleet Market Manager

About the Role:

The Fleet Market Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, providing exceptional care to our customers. This position manages Fluid Truck's fleet at a local level, reporting directly to the Regional Market Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs, following guidelines provided by the Regional Market Manager.
  2. Customer Responsiveness: Respond to customer issues and requests within the established timeframe, providing excellent care.
  3. Vehicle Inspections: Conduct vehicle inspections using our mobile app, ensuring all data is accurate and completed within the designated time.
  4. Onboarding and Offboarding: Onboard new vehicles, including decals, telematics, and insurance cards, and offboard legacy vehicles, removing decals, telematics, and registrations.
  5. Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with multiple team members and departments, effectively communicate with the Regional Market Manager and Operations Manager, and perform various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.
  • Proficiency with mobile app technology and ability to use our mobile app and navigate internal platforms.
  • Experience in general automotive maintenance and/or fleet management or related field.
  • Ability to develop and manage local vendor relationships.
  • General business acumen with the ability to identify and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical tasks for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
