Shuttle Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Management Specialist to join our team at TransWest Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our shuttle operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of our shuttle drivers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our shuttle operations, including route planning and optimization.
- Collaborate with our fleet management team to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles, including regular inspections and repairs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including regular communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a transportation or logistics setting.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a P endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Active US DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Experience running a shuttle program with commercial licensed drivers.
