Senior Communications Manager, Fleet, NA DSP

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN or Seattle/Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our DSP & DA Communications and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic communications plans to support our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Delivery Associates (DAs).
As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel communication strategies to educate and engage our DSPs and DAs on various initiatives, including fleet management, vehicle deployment, and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports these initiatives and ensure that our communications are effective, engaging, and aligned with our business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a multi-channel strategy to communicate with DSPs and DAs
- Translating complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content
- Interviewing DSPs and DAs to build advocacy stories
- Identifying emerging topics and developing proactive plans with stakeholders
- Driving creative communication campaigns to solve business needs and instill passion among the DSP community
- Partnering with stakeholders to ingest customer listening data and use it to inform a communication strategy
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of communications
About the Team
Our DSP & DA Communications and Engagement team is a high-performing team of 15+ leaders based in different cities across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. We have a highly inclusive and collaborative culture, and we approach each other with respect and humility. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience developing complex and strategic communications that educate large audiences
- Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to help others do the same
- Experience managing both internal and agency partners as part of a holistic go-to-market strategy
- Highly developed and polished written communication skills
- Experience working autonomously to develop and propose strategies for improvements
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail, particularly when it comes to proofing copy and content
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. We also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
