About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Real Staffing. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent for our clients in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with clients.
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, qualifying, and presenting candidates to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in business-to-business sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
