Job Description

Overview

As a Senior Manager, Business at MyCareersFuture, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and account management. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT services industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential new clients.
  • Manage and develop major and critical customer accounts, and coordinate the management of account management support when needed.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements, including terms and conditions, duration, and pricing with contracting entities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at the C-suite level, understanding and communicating prospective customers' corporate culture.
  • Prepare and craft quotations and proposals with the Technical Solution Pre-sales team and Delivery team for clients' needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with Operation/Delivery Teams and other relevant stakeholders for account management and smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure proper handling and producing of sales documentation with strict adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Research, monitor, and understand market trends and competitive trends to create strategic plans that deliver desired results.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holders in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline.
  • More than 6 years of working experience in Sales and Business Development in IT Services industry and B2B sales.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, fast learning skills.
  • A goal-getter, results-oriented, highly self-motivated, desire to acquire new knowledge, good initiative, and positive working attitude.
  • Excellent ability to get things done, interpersonal communication, teamwork, good presentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
