Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process changes to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Provide in-house support to sales personnel on sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs, and customer inquiries.
  • Liaise with global offices and agents to coordinate sales-related activities and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal and external customers, and review and update SOPs, quotations, and RFQ results for assigned accounts.
  • Follow up on customer issues and handle disputes as necessary, and provide feedback to the operations team to ensure accurate and timely information on order status and changes.
  • Develop and direct procedures to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the sales support team, and ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, legal, and ethical guidelines.
  • Coach and guide new hires and junior team members for development and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, with a strong understanding of pricing for Freight Cargo Services, Contract Logistics, and other Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Cargowise One, with excellent service orientation and customer management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
