  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager on store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, including visual merchandising, marketing, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

**Requirements**

  • 2 years of retail management and sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Emotional resilience and ability to handle pressure and stress.
