About the Role
As a Senior IT Manager at MyCareersFuture, you will be responsible for leading the IT team and driving the company's IT strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership for the internal IT team, including infrastructure, application, and automation.
- Develop and execute IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap, including driving IT digitization initiatives and identifying suitable technology.
- Lead and execute change management activities, including developing and executing change strategies, managing business change impact analysis, and readiness assessment.
- Establish clear IT and technology-related policies, guidelines, and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of managerial experience leading a sizeable IT team.
- Strong stakeholder management at C-level with exceptional influencing skills to gather buy-in from various business stakeholders.
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure, servers, and network.
- Desirable: proven track record in designing global roadmaps and IT strategy.
