As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at MyCareersFuture, you will lead a team of quality engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in testing methodologies and processes will drive quality and accelerate delivery for our Post Go-Live Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure production support of our CRM project with Salesforce and CloudSense, integration layer, order management, and billing.
- Apply ITIL and IT Service Management principles to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and plan the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Manage the production status, SLA, and KPIs for our telco project.
- Develop and maintain a team of support developers and testers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior QA or Lead role, leading and managing QA Engineers.
- Experience in team planning, delivery, and post go-live support on CRM projects.
- Full Testing Life Cycle expertise.
This is a long-term contract role with MyCareersFuture.
