- Deliver Training and Support: Deliver training on our company's offering and support distribution and implementation partners.
- Create Tutorials and Documentation: Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications and write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
- Interface with Implementation Teams: Interface with implementation teams, articulating customer requirements to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Ensure Close Cooperation with Product Management: Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap.
- Support New Projects and Business Activities: Support new projects and business activities.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Computer Technology related discipline or Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
- Experience: Good experience in the field of Cyber Security.
- Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales activities for software products.
- Technology Knowledge: Solid understanding of technology-based investment platforms.
- Security Certifications: Any Security certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM would be a plus.
- Business Solution Proposals: Experience in preparing business solution proposals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present at senior management level.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other language skills are a plus.
