Position Overview:
Are you an enthusiastic problem-solver with a commitment to assisting others? We are seeking a Pharmacy Support Specialist to handle patient inquiries through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communication for the pharmacy
- Respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers while striving to meet service level expectations
- Balance multiple priorities, collaborating with team members to address calls, emails, and voicemails
- Ensure accurate information capture and system updates
- Maintain flexibility and organization in a dynamic work environment

Essential Skills:
- Patient Support
- Call Center Experience (minimum 1 year required)
- Active Listening
- Customer Service Skills
- Telephone Etiquette
- Empathy

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Experienced level preferred
