Position Overview:
SteerBridge Co, Inc. is in search of a Construction Project Coordinator to deliver expert Construction Management Services aimed at enhancing infrastructure within healthcare facilities.
Job Type:
Full-Time, On-Site
Contract Duration:
5 years
Key Responsibilities:
The Construction Project Coordinator will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Administering construction, design/build, engineering, and facilities management for intricate construction initiatives.
- Providing oversight during pre-design, design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Managing claims and technical specialty services related to construction projects.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Eligibility to pass a federal background check and obtain necessary identification verification.
- Demonstrated experience on at least three comparable projects in a similar capacity.
Education & Experience:
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or higher, with the possibility of substituting educational requirements with three years of relevant experience. A degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Professional Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in construction, showcasing a solid understanding of construction practices. Experience should include:
- Quality Assurance and Safety Management.
- Site operations management for both General and Sub-contractors.
- Monitoring construction quality and compliance with documentation.

- Project Management: Overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
- Contract Management: Proficiency in contract negotiation and management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with building codes and legal obligations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve construction-related challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous review of construction plans and documents.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Teamwork: Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
