Key Responsibilities:
Experience in areas including but not limited to material take-offs, submission processes, Requests for Information (RFIs), procurement, quality assurance, field directives, and daily troubleshooting is required.
Essential Requirements:
Ability to secure and maintain a security clearance through the U.S. Government
Willingness to relocate internationally for project durations of 2-4 years

Physical Requirements:
To successfully perform the duties of this role, the employee must:
- Repeatedly use hands for grasping, reaching, and overhead work
- Stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, climb, bend, balance, and twist for extended periods
- Frequently lift and/or push or pull up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or push or pull up to 75 pounds
- Demonstrate manual dexterity to operate construction tools and machinery
- Exhibit physical agility and mobility to navigate job sites safely

Additionally, the employee must:
- Be prepared to work 60 hours per week, six days a week, with 10-hour shifts
- Be aware of potential exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations
- Be comfortable working in various extreme conditions at construction sites, including exposure to loud noises, inclement weather, heat, humidity, dust, and asphalt

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing or supporting construction projects is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with highly technical projects for the Department of Defense or Department of State
Proven track record of successfully leading DOD or DOS projects in international settings
