Job Title: Facility Solutions Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions is a dynamic and people-focused organization that emphasizes a team-centric approach to delivering exceptional service. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Facility Solutions Manager to join our team in Troy, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and diversify client partnerships, upselling additional services to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Manage and engage with night managers and independent contractors to drive results and improve client satisfaction.
  • Utilize our CRM system to effectively communicate with clients and track progress.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems proactively and think critically.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and direct manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B account management, building maintenance, or facility management.
  • Proven track record of success in client retention, with goals and metrics to support.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to follow through on commitments.
  • Positive and outgoing personality, with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and direct manner.
  • Ability to travel locally to client locations on a daily basis.
