Position Overview
Rivian is in search of an experienced leader with a strong enthusiasm for Integrated Marketing Communications. Reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, you will spearhead the design, execution, and management of groundbreaking marketing strategies and communications to fulfill our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive integrated brand marketing initiatives that align with the overarching marketing strategy and goals of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to create integrated marketing and communications plans in partnership with essential Rivian stakeholders (Product, Sales, PR, etc.).
  • Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, including briefing, ideation, planning, execution, and performance evaluation. Develop and implement complex integrated marketing campaigns of varying scales.
  • Gain deep insights into market research, competitive analysis, and target demographics to guide campaign strategies. Define audience segments and craft tailored communication plans that resonate with each group.
  • Create Integrated Marketing briefs grounded in consumer insights, clearly defining target audiences and establishing campaign goals and objectives.
  • Work alongside the Growth Marketing team to ensure an effective media investment strategy is in place to reach the appropriate target audience through suitable channels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external agency partners to enhance our creative output, ensuring content aligns with strategy and meets Rivian's high standards.
  • Manage the development and delivery of creative assets across various channels, partnering with Growth Marketing channel leads. Conduct creative reviews with senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance, emphasizing key insights, actionable recommendations, and areas for improvement to optimize overall effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, Advertising, or Campaign Management, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in executing both small and large-scale integrated marketing campaigns across diverse touchpoints and channels.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing initiatives that drive business outcomes and foster growth.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, media dynamics, creative processes, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and crafting engaging brand narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, campaign tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for California-based applicants is $159,200 to $199,000, with actual compensation determined by experience, location, and other permissible factors.
