Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader for the role of Director, Integrated Media. This pivotal position entails overseeing comprehensive media investments, creative direction, and sophisticated measurement solutions for our clientele. You will lead a talented team of media buyers and analytics professionals, enhancing creative outputs, analytics, and product functionalities. By integrating creativity with data insights, you will be instrumental in executing powerful campaigns that drive sustained growth for our clients.

  • Oversee an annual media investment portfolio of $XXXM across various clients, channels, and platforms.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of media buyers and analytics specialists, fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven environment.
  • Implement advanced analytics and measurement methodologies focusing on Marketing Mix Modeling, GeoX testing, and innovative incrementality testing techniques.
  • Establish a robust measurement framework, monitor key performance indicators, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to harness insights for informed media buying strategies.
  • Design and manage marketing mix models, integrating incrementality testing, lift studies, and data governance practices.
  • Drive creative strategy and innovation to optimize marketing performance through effective creative approaches.
  • Standardize processes for all aspects of media planning, buying, and execution to ensure consistency and quality across campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging media channels, leading the exploration and adoption of new strategies.
  • Utilize cutting-edge media technologies to enhance campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Provide strategic guidance to surpass performance objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Encourage a culture of experimentation and hypothesis development within the team to craft successful strategies.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their business objectives and challenges, offering strategic insights for optimized media approaches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, platforms, and technology providers to secure favorable rates and access to innovative advertising solutions.
  • Position the agency as a thought leader in media investment through industry contributions and engagements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in integrated media or media investment leadership roles with a focus on direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling large integrated media teams that include media buying, planning, activation, and measurement experts.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and their potential to enhance performance.
  • In-depth understanding of best practices across major media platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, CTV, Linear TV, and DOOH.
  • Highly organized with a data-driven mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills, capable of integrating data insights into media strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced attribution methods such as Media Mix Modeling and Incrementality Testing.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategy development and execution.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams while creating compelling presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of navigating ambiguity to accelerate planning processes.
