What you'll do:
The Ladders is in search of a Senior Manager of Financial Strategy and Analysis to enhance its Corporate Finance division.

This role demands exceptional analytical skills and the capacity to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong history of success in leading projects and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various business units. Key responsibilities include financial forecasting, risk assessment, budgeting, and comprehensive data analysis.

The successful candidate should be committed to accountability, uphold high standards, be detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

What we are looking for:
  • In-depth understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Ability to gather and analyze detailed financial data for modeling and reporting
  • Creation and maintenance of robust control policies and documentation to ensure accuracy in forecasting and reporting
  • Transforming complex accounting data into actionable insights
  • Conducting thorough data analysis across various financial platforms
  • Developing and refining intricate financial models for budgeting and risk reporting
  • Establishing standardized financial and operational reports, including key performance indicators for executive review
  • Performing detailed analyses to support executive financial assessments

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is advantageous
  • Experience in computer science or related fields is beneficial
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA are preferred
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or risk management
  • Experience in the mortgage sector is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly
  • Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar database technologies
  • Experience in Quantitative Risk Management is beneficial
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences
  • Data analysis skills to derive insights on financial and operational performance
  • Capacity to work independently with limited information and adapt to changing demands
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to present solutions alongside challenges
  • Commitment to excellence and a high level of initiative
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial dealings
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage deliverables from multiple stakeholders effectively
Compensation:
