Front Desk Team Lead

Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities- Assist the Hotel Manager with daily front desk operations, supervising hotel staff and providing excellent service to guests.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and counsel staff members to ensure high-performance team delivery.
- Prepare weekly work schedules and maintain accurate time and attendance records.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries about hotel procedures and property information, resolving customer complaints or disputes effectively.
- Perform duties of a Hotel Clerk as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain knowledge of room rates, types, availability, hotel policies, and procedures, utilizing computer systems for various front desk and office tasks.
- Ensure departmental adherence to applicable company and regulatory policies, contributing to a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Three years of experience as a front desk clerk, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Able to use company software systems for hotel management and other applications.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
