Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage booking requirements for incoming orders, collaborating with sales, legal, and contracts departments as needed.
  • Confirm orders and opportunities in SalesForce swiftly to guarantee precise Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and timely commission disbursements.
  • Input orders into the ERP system, ensuring correct configuration for sold products and revenue acknowledgment.
  • Guarantee that invoices are produced and dispatched to clients punctually.
  • Coordinate order entry activities with cross-departmental teams and regional offices.
  • Preserve documentation, approvals, and other pertinent information in SharePoint for future reference.
  • Aid in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Support other teams with the onboarding of new customer accounts as necessary.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics is preferred, or equivalent experience in Order Management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • A self-driven individual with a background in order processing.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $108,700.00

The stated salary range represents the compensation for this position, with final pay determined by factors such as work location, experience, and educational qualifications.
