Position: Inside Sales Support Coordinator
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20 - $24.00 per hour
Employment Type: Long Term Temporary (3-6 months+) – potential for permanent placement

Company: TPI Staffing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and providing support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in inputting sales quotes and order details into the Sales Force system.
  • Support daily order entry into the Prism system, ensuring accuracy in order details such as pricing, account numbers, and addresses.
  • Maintain and manage the Open Order Report weekly to facilitate timely product delivery and address backlog through proactive measures.
  • Respond to customer requests for order updates via email or phone, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Process Customer Supplied Material (CSM) orders and Non-Standard orders as required.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Management to enter change orders or return material authorizations (RMA's).
  • Assist with customer invoicing and necessary documentation.
  • Monitor the Ariba inbox daily, identifying priority orders for distribution to assigned Inside Sales Associates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including copying, filing, typing, and collections.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable Collections to ensure timely payments from customers.
  • Route inquiries received via phone, email, and fax to the appropriate inside salesperson.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, including reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; some college coursework in business preferred.
  • Familiarity with office administrative procedures and standard office equipment.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience or equivalent education and training; experience with sales order systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and Oracle software.

Skills:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in active listening and effective questioning.
  • Excellent writing skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to changing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proactive with a positive attitude.
