Residential Coating Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assess painting requirements for each assignment
  • Utilize painting materials and equipment effectively
  • Ensure a secure working environment
  • Handle and ventilate paint appropriately
  • Follow safety protocols with appropriate attire and protective gear
  • Manage painting supplies for each project
  • Safeguard furniture from paint spills
  • Work meticulously to prevent property damage
  • Provide safety guidance to clients
  • Conduct post-job clean-up
  • Dispose of painting materials in an environmentally responsible manner
  • Maintain painting tools and equipment
  • Review completed work with clients
Residential Coating Specialist Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders and performing light labor
  • 1-2 years of relevant painting experience
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Proficiency in using paint sprayers and brushes
  • No aversion to heights
