Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Liaison to join our team at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. As a Patient Liaison, you will serve as a patient advocate, resolving complex issues and ensuring a satisfying hospital experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients and families to understand their concerns and needs
  • Communicate effectively with department heads, physicians, and other hospital personnel to resolve issues
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on hospital policies and procedures
  • Participate in decision-making related to patient care and treatment
  • Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Five years of experience in patient liaison duties
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital policies and procedures
