About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Liaison to join our team at Encompass Health. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the post-acute care market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted business plans to drive census growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure seamless referral-to-admission processes and exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Represent Encompass Health at community events and professional conferences to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Provide education and training to referral sources and other stakeholders on our services and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a business development or sales role.
  • Current state professional licensure and CPR certification required.
  • CRRN certification preferred.
