Key Responsibilities**Tier 1: Development**
- Establish strong relationships with patients, providers, and care teams to optimize patient enrollment, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Standardize, refine, and improve workflow processes to enhance patient and provider experience.
**Tier 2: Maintenance**
- Analyze patient enrollment, patient experience, and provider experience to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients' operational and clinical teams to understand and address business and clinical needs.
**Tier 3: Clinical Care**
- Provide patient care and adhere to Reimagine Care policies, procedures, pathways, and best practices.
- Understand and implement approved symptom management pathways, protocols, and care pathways.
**Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in oncology
- Skills: Strong quality and patient-centered focus, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Spanish speaking
- Oncology Certified Nurse
- Leadership experience
