The Client Services Liaison for Patient Accounts will provide exceptional client relationships and support for all of Christus Health's clients, both internal and external to the healthcare system. This includes delivering high-quality customer service, documentation, client reporting, communication, correspondence, and requests for information.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and issues related to patient accounts.
- Provide timely and effective communication to clients, management, and internal teams regarding client requests, changes, issues, or problems.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including logging information, documentation, and timely notification of potential problems or issues related to patient accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and track process improvement initiatives related to patient accounts.
- Distribute performance reports, client statements, acknowledgment and cancellation reports, inventories, and requested custom reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Document and communicate new client set up and business services, and maintain updated client profile information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience required.
- 1 – 3 years of experience preferred.
8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
Full Time
