Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.

  • Track and analyze talent pipeline metrics to measure recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, including public accounting recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, specifically recruiting accountants and finance professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
