Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Coalfire. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure recruitment success
  • Identify opportunities for operational excellence and implement process improvements
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including training and orientation
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and operations
  • Deep understanding of modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience working with Lever
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Office tools and ATS reporting tools
  • Proven use of data and analytics to drive decisions
  • Self-starter with a passion for recruiting and a high level of flexibility, commitment, and ability to tackle ambiguity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals
  • Confident communicator with strong data analysis skills
