Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure recruitment success
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence and implement process improvements
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including training and orientation
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and operations
- Deep understanding of modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience working with Lever
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Advanced abilities in Microsoft Office tools and ATS reporting tools
- Proven use of data and analytics to drive decisions
- Self-starter with a passion for recruiting and a high level of flexibility, commitment, and ability to tackle ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals
- Confident communicator with strong data analysis skills
