About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and revenue in the SMB market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to target SMBs in the US, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the SMB market, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including SMB sales teams and leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in SMB marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies, including CRM and marketing analytics platforms.
