In the role of Full Time Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Engage with customers daily to discuss available products and services and initiate the sales process.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer contact details.

  • Address all inquiries from new and prospective customers in person.
  • Surpass targets and sales goals through upselling and promoting new offerings.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Support the sales team in acquiring and retaining new clientele.
  • Stay informed about our clients and sales promotions by participating in client meetings.
This is a full-time, in-office position. We are looking for candidates who are ready to contribute to our mission.
