Client Relations Specialist
Overview: As a vital member of our team at Calldeans, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving service appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform incoming customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
- Deliver engaging call scripts with a genuine tone; communicate clearly and effectively.
- Address customer needs, resolving concerns while promoting our brand values.
- Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Engage in training sessions aimed at increasing appointment bookings and refining outbound calling techniques.
- Follow company protocols to resolve customer complaints promptly and positively.
- Keep the customer database updated with accurate and comprehensive information.
- Participate in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate job dispatch to technicians efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers as required.
- Achieve a minimum of 20 customer interactions per hour.
- Assist in populating the dispatch board with service calls or evaluations.
- Ensure precise data entry into our systems.
- Be available for on-call duties as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
