Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients and partners through phone and email communications.
- Address client concerns with professionalism and composure.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues effectively.
- Track the status of delivery routes.
- Verify haul-away documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Manage modifications or cancellations of delivery requests.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience, ideally in a call center setting.
- Strong customer service abilities with a focus on problem resolution.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure while delivering outstanding solutions.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team driven by innovation and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation:
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience.
