Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to enhance our customer service operations.

As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to uphold our commitment to exceptional service. You will engage with clients, partners, and delivery personnel to ensure we fulfill our obligations and exceed client expectations throughout their journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients and partners through phone and email communications.
  • Address client concerns with professionalism and composure.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Track the status of delivery routes.
  • Verify haul-away documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage modifications or cancellations of delivery requests.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience, ideally in a call center setting.
  • Strong customer service abilities with a focus on problem resolution.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while delivering outstanding solutions.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team driven by innovation and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation:
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience.
