Emerging Markets Account Manager

At the American National Red Cross, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Emerging Markets Account Manager to join our Donor Recruitment team.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with blood drive coordinators and donor groups to achieve blood collection targets for area blood drives.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and pursuing a diverse population of blood sponsors to expand market growth.
You will provide ongoing support to develop and implement new and existing strategies for the program, conduct research, analyze data, and develop business plans to support the diversification initiatives.
Additionally, you will facilitate outreach and negotiations with potential clients and develop potential diverse sponsor leads.
As an employee at the American National Red Cross, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our community and be part of the world's largest humanitarian network.
In this role, you will work closely with Donor Recruitment leadership to design, develop, and implement a strategic market plan strategy to effectively identify, cultivate, and expand a diversified population of blood sponsors within assigned territory.
You will manage complex internal and external stakeholder management, including project management and executive-level relationship development.
Furthermore, you will analyze data, conduct research, identify trends, conduct business plan analyses, and feasibility studies to identify advantageous strategic business directions.
As a key contributor to our team, you will prepare reports and recommendations for management review and implement specific blood sponsor collection initiatives.
Ultimately, you will perform initial outreach efforts and persuade contributions through cultivating relationships and partnerships with key demographic external constituents and integral growth partners to further the Red Cross' mission to meet changing and growing needs.
