National Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Toyota Material Handling. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading large, long-term captive customer sales and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate on average 500 retail orders annually
  • Conduct sales presentations and forklift demonstrations as part of the overall sales strategy
  • Conduct on-site surveys of customer's facilities and needs analysis to provide correct equipment specifications to satisfy customer needs
  • Interact with Toyota Industries Commercial Finance Company to secure financial merchandising for customer base
  • Work with Japan staff, factory personnel and suppliers on various special projects related to Toyota customer needs
  • Work in conjunction with Toyota dealer personnel to conduct site surveys, demonstrations and need for local modifications
  • Evaluate and follow-up on sales leads from various sources including dealers, web activity, and the marketing department
  • Work closely with Sr. Sales Manager on account planning and pricing decisions
  • Maintain CRM database to include sales activities, pricing and equipment configurations
  • Provide creative business solutions to customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and or minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Financial Merchandising
  • Exceptional business acumen with a demonstrated understanding of key business drivers
  • Must be able to establish and maintain customer confidence
