Role Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Analyst, you will support various departmental initiatives through in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis across multiple areas, including legislation, policy, finance, and program evaluation. You will collaborate with management to conduct research, formulate recommendations, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Policy Analysis: Evaluate performance data to identify challenges and propose policy recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Develop budget proposals, track revenues and expenditures, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Contract Oversight: Assist in managing contract processes and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to inform programmatic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Financial Analysis: Support fiscal accounting and budget reporting to maintain financial integrity.
  • Grants Management: Analyze grant applications and compliance to secure funding for departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.

Experience: At least one year of professional-level analytical experience in relevant fields such as budgets, contracts, or policy analysis.

Additional Information: Candidates may substitute advanced degrees for experience requirements.

Selection Process:

Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications will be invited to participate in an online examination designed to assess relevant knowledge and skills.
