Position Overview:
As a key member of the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer, the Administrative Analyst will engage in complex analytical and technical tasks to support the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency's (SFMTA) initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and advancing strategic objectives through detailed research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analyses related to the SFMTA's strategic programs, including the Clean Transit SF Program and the Energy Efficient Program.
2. Collaborate with senior management and various stakeholders to identify needs and clarify project parameters.
3. Perform comprehensive research and data analysis to inform management decisions regarding administrative and organizational policies.
4. Prepare detailed management reports, presenting findings and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
5. Analyze existing policies and assess the impact of legislation on organizational practices.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of one year of professional-level analytical experience.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

- Experience in data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in creating clear and effective written reports.
- Strong skills in MS Office and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
