You will manage, track, and communicate all key milestone dates, team commitments, risks, blockers, sprint progress, and team successes and challenges leveraging enterprise Agile tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads a team to define and plan product increments, sprint plans, dependencies, risks, and release dates for multiple Agile scrum teams.
- Manages, tracks, and communicates all key milestone dates, team commitments, risks, blockers, sprint progress, and team successes and challenges leveraging enterprise Agile tools.
- Prioritizes and manages code delivery from software vendors and reports status to Program Management and leadership teams.
- Manages resource capacity in alignment with budget availability for all scrum team activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience leading application development projects within the finance or insurance industry.
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience leading application development projects within the finance or insurance industry.
