Marketing Vice President

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth of our presence and awareness in operating territories. The ideal candidate will have 20 years of demonstrated relevant experience at established brands with a specific background in digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce. They will be responsible for developing and leading the marketing strategy, optimizing the digital customer journey, and managing a team of three. The successful candidate will be a true leader who has the ability to inspire teammates and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new and optimize existing marketing programs that increase brand loyalty and sentiment while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and track new consumer behavior, competitive and market trends to drive new features and work closely with all customer-facing teams to develop innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth consumer journey from start to finish.
  • Be responsible for the team who manages the brand's digital presence, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across key platforms including the corporate-owned website, email and third-party partner websites.
  • Manage, mentor and continue to build a team who will help execute on all of the above with commitment to excellence and customer service.

Requirements:
  • 20 years' experience in a senior management role.
  • B2C experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, customer acquisition and retention.

Work Environment:
The Vice President, Marketing works in a hybrid office environment. Some travel may be required.
