Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and occasionally to other leadership at Temple University. This role involves performing complex administrative functions in a fast-paced environment, developing programs and systems to manage daily activities, and ensuring meeting agendas, materials, and logistics are professional and prepared.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for scheduling and maintaining calendars of meetings, events, and appointments with shifting priorities and deadlines. The Executive Assistant will also manage logistics associated with business travel and reimbursement of expenses, assist with special projects for donor stewardship communications, generate and analyze reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of administrative assistant experience with exposure to executive-level environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of fundraising, higher education, or non-profit organizations is preferred, as well as experience in university environments, administrative support, and/or customer service.
