Job Summary:

HSK Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by analyzing and improving their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of technical standards and policies to meet the needs of our clients, peers, and organization.
  • Formulate and define system scopes and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of user needs and business systems and industry requirements.
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and devise new technical business system solutions or revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
  • Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions and products to our clients.
  • Manage the expectations of our clients, peers, vendors, and management.
  • Establish contracts for the procurement of technical business solutions.

Requirements:

  • Considerable knowledge of project management theories and practices and the ability to apply that knowledge.
  • Ability to lead, encourage, and influence others to perform.
  • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage diverse human resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years professional experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Proficiency in meeting leadership and facilitation demonstrated by creating a fun, safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to analyze, understand, and capture business data and act on findings.
  • Creative, disciplined, and thoughtful thinker with a demonstrated ability to adjust work plans to determine the appropriate strategy and approach to success.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and build credibility with business and IT leaders and varying levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to accurately and concisely present proposals and solutions to a wide audience.
