Position Summary

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves managing the technical deployment of our software applications and services, serving as a consistent resource throughout the client engagement process. You will be challenged to master our software and assist clients with their technical projects.

This position requires on-site presence at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, update, and resolve software deployment challenges for clients across various infrastructure settings.
  • Provide implementation support and guidance for clients utilizing Clinical Architecture's software and web services.
  • Ensure a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining engagement throughout the client relationship.
  • Thoroughly understand client needs and leverage available resources to propose effective solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relational databases; familiarity with SQL is necessary.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.
  • Basic programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or similar languages are required.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and cloud computing is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical implementation support is required.
  • A college or university degree is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Experience in Engineering, Implementation Architecture, or Product support is a plus.
