At Option Care Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in a specified territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow top-line revenue and margin of assigned therapies
  • Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders and decision makers to drive new business growth
  • Research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans and objectives
  • Manage multiple internal and external relationships to ensure customer success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred
  • Experience applying sales and marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel and basic level skill in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
