  • Experience in educational settings, including participation in IEP meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to fulfill various responsibilities, including:

  • Effectively communicate with students, parents, educational staff, and administrative personnel in both verbal and written formats.
  • Provide guidance to school personnel and families regarding speech-language development and its relevance to the educational curriculum.
  • Engage in collaborative school-based teams focused on students with speech-language requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in utilizing both formal and informal assessment tools.
  • Identify students who qualify for speech and language services based on their individual needs and established criteria.
  • Prepare comprehensive oral and written reports in a clear and concise manner, adhering to recommended formats and timelines (e.g., assessment reports, progress updates).
  • Develop and execute tailored goals for IEPs, IFSPs, and Service Plans that directly address the documented needs of students.
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies, differentiated instructional methods, and assistive technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Maintain precise records of speech-language student progress and therapy logs, documenting relevant data.
  • Accurately complete Third Party billing within required timelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development relevant to the field.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
