Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to fulfill various responsibilities within an educational setting. The successful candidate will:

  • Effectively communicate with students, parents, educational administrators, and staff through both oral and written means.
  • Provide guidance to school personnel and families regarding speech-language development and its relevance to the educational curriculum.
  • Engage in collaborative school-based teams to support students with speech-language requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in utilizing both formal and informal assessment instruments.
  • Identify students who qualify for speech and language services based on their unique needs and established criteria.
  • Prepare comprehensive oral and written reports clearly and concisely, adhering to recommended formats and timelines (e.g., assessment reports, progress updates).
  • Formulate and execute suitable objectives for IEPs, IFSPs, and Service Plans that align with students' documented requirements.
  • Apply evidence-based intervention strategies, tailored instructional methods, and assistive technologies to accommodate diverse student needs and learning preferences.
  • Maintain meticulous records of speech-language services and therapy logs, documenting student progress with relevant data.
  • Ensure accurate completion of Third Party billing within designated timelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance expertise in the field.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
