Strategic Growth and Innovation Manager

Kroll is seeking a Strategic Growth and Innovation Manager to join our global Commercial Operations Team. This role will drive all aspects of business development support for critical multidisciplinary sales initiatives, focusing on incremental lead generation arising from rapidly evolving market conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize project plans, monitor progress, ensure quality, and manage relationships among clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and other stakeholders to create paths to success by bringing innovative product and service offerings to life.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop customized content and distinct marketing campaigns directed to priority/target clients.
Secondary Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a leading business, digital, or strategy consulting firm.
- Experience with line management and/or scaling teams in a demanding environment highly desirable.
- Excellent written/spoken English with strong business writing skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English/Business/Management or equivalent experience.
Education Salary Range: $70,000 - $200,000
