Strategic Growth Initiatives Manager

As a key member of our growth team, you will provide operational and strategic support to drive business expansion. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement core growth strategies and improve processes.
You will focus on implementing project structures, developing frameworks to analyze business strategies, executing strategic initiatives, and conducting research to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience in management consulting or internal strategy.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $130,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including an employer-matched retirement plan, generous healthcare coverage, parental leave, and unlimited PTO. You will work in the office Monday-Thursday and have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
