**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical guidance and support to customers through various communication channels
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement knowledge base articles
* Empower customers to support themselves using our knowledge base
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of technical support experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience with Zendesk software
* Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, or CSS
* Experience with RESTful API
* Basic understanding of UNIX commands
* Intermediate understanding of authentication technology
