Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide counsel on disciplinary actions and termination decisions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Work closely with the HR team to implement efficient and compliant employee relations processes.
  • Track and analyze employee relations activities across a diverse workforce, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members on employee relations matters.
  • Respond to and evaluate employee relations inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Analyze data from the case management system to inform employee relations strategies.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with the shared service center on leave of absence and unemployment issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • Seven+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field, with a focus on management and supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and management.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality in sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business operations.
