Employee Relations Manager, PXT Global Corp-ER, Global Corporate Employee Relations

This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in employee and labor relations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with people managers and HR teams to develop and implement positive employee relations initiatives and best practices.
- Design and deliver labor relations training programs and communications in partnership with Employment/Labor Legal teams.
- Analyze and interpret employee sentiment data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve communication mediums and practices.
- Develop and implement people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations.
- Seven years of direct experience in labor relations or labor law.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced degree, JD, or other specialized training in labor/employee relations.
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment and labor laws, with some exposure to LATAM and/or Canadian labor laws.
- Outstanding written communication skills and the ability to develop effective executive-level messaging, reports, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling the individual to establish productive partnerships and work collaboratively across multiple management levels and personalities.
