About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare industry
  • Manage and lead a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our healthcare services and products
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles in the healthcare industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
